Light structures
The most ductile grade in the range. Boundary walls, single-storey work and low-load members. Easiest to bend on site.
The everyday choice
The grade most residential and commercial buildings are designed around. A balance of strength and bendability.
Seismic zones
Same strength as Fe 500 but far more ductile. Specified for seismic zones III and IV — which covers much of Maharashtra — and for high-rise work.
Heavier loads
For long spans, industrial sheds and members carrying larger loads where the drawing calls for a higher yield strength.
Critical infrastructure
Fe 550 strength with the ductility a high-seismic-risk structure needs. Bridges, industrial plant and critical public works.
High-strength work
Specified on large infrastructure and high-rise projects. Lets a designer carry the same load with less steel.
These are the minimums the Indian Standard sets for each grade. Your structural drawing will name one of them — match it exactly rather than substituting a higher number, because a stronger bar is also a less ductile one.

A D after the grade means higher ductility at the same yield strength — the bar stretches further before it fails, which is what matters in an earthquake. Not every grade is held in every diameter at every moment; ask us before you specify.
Every consignment we deliver is accompanied by the manufacturer's test certificate for that heat number, so your engineer can check yield strength, elongation and chemical composition against the drawing before the steel goes into the pour. Ask for it at the time of order and it travels with the lorry.
Steel is sold by weight but drawn by length. Put in a diameter and a length and this works out the weight, using the standard formula d² ÷ 162.

Thermo-mechanically treated bars: a hard outer ring for strength, a softer core so the bar still bends on site without cracking.
Bars arrive banded in standard bundles, counted and weighed before dispatch.
The rib pattern is what locks the bar into the concrete instead of slipping under load.
Quenching hardens the surface while the core stays ductile — strength without brittleness.
Bars only work as a cage — laps, stirrups and tie wire holding the grid true while the concrete goes round it.
Counted, weighed and strapped before it leaves — with the invoice and the test certificate travelling alongside it.
Every bundle tagged with its grade and heat number, so nothing gets mixed on the way to your site.

Every dealer sells the same bars. What separates one from the next is whether the phone gets answered, whether the rate quoted on Monday is the rate invoiced on Wednesday, and whether the lorry turns up when it was promised. Those are the three things we compete on.
We quote against the day's market and tell you plainly how long that rate holds — no padded number that we quietly discount later to look generous. Because we source rather than sit on stock, we are not tied to one mill: if a grade or a diameter is short at one supplier, we look at another instead of asking you to wait.
Devansh runs this firm himself and answers the phone himself. When you call about a delivery, you are talking to the person who arranged it, not to a desk that has to check with someone else. The firm is young, which means our name is still being built — one order at a time, and we intend to build it properly.

Steel rates move daily, so we quote against the day's market and tell you how long the rate holds. Nothing is published on this page for that reason.
Payment terms are settled directly between you and Devansh, in conversation, and confirmed in writing on the invoice before dispatch.
Your order is loaded and sent to site with the invoice and the manufacturer's test certificate for the material supplied.

The firm is in its first year. That means we are building our name one order at a time, and it is the reason we answer the phone ourselves, quote quickly, and stay reachable after the lorry leaves. A small firm cannot afford a bad delivery, and we do not intend to have one.
Because we source rather than stock, we are not tied to a single mill. If a grade or a diameter is short at one source, we look at another instead of asking you to wait.
